**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring efficiency in daily activities.

**Duties:**

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Handle scheduling of appointments and meetings

- Serve as the point of contact for firm clients

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

**Skills:**

- Experience with file management

- Proficiency in office management tasks

- Ability to manage schedules effectively

- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative tasks

- Proficient in calendar management and front desk operations

**Beneficial Skills**

- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop

- Payroll/Bookkeeping experience

- Previous work experience in Accounts Receivable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
